Acts Of Service & Giving

In 2023 and 2024 we donated our DJ and emcee services to Cooking For The Kids, a chef competition benefitting Overflowing Hands and A Place At The Table.

In August 2021, we joined industry partner Rocky Top Catering to help feed hungry kids and families. We were part of the effort to support Overflowing Hands and Kids Around the World to pack 130,000 nutritious meals in 24 hours!

We created and facilitated the HBCUniVersus virtual giving challenge on September 12, 2020. It raised nearly $60,000 in three hours for Winston-Salem State University and North Carolina Central University.   

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Durham and Orange Counties was at risk of not being able to open in June 2020 because of a shortage of funds. DJ 360 donated his time to dj their Spring telethon. which raised more than $12,000.

Coronavirus struck New York especially hard. When DJ 360 found out a college classmate was managing a team of housekeeping staff at Bellevue Hospital, he donated money to provide them lunch in April 2020. 

DJ 360 volunteered his dj services and Valonda provided emcee services in September 2019 to support the sickle cell foundation Scarlet Wings. The organization raised money to support people living with the painful and expensive disease. 

When Hurricane Florence devastated eastern North Carolina in September of 2018, DJ 360, Valonda and their daughter Lilyn volunteered with Operation Airdrop to get supplies from RDU International Airport to the eastern part of the state.
